How does the monthly subscription service work?
We handle the logistics of moving your bins to the curb on collection days and bringing them back once emptied.
Do I need to be home when you move the bins?
Not at all. Our team manages the entire process autonomously. As long as we have clear path access to wherever your bins are typically stored, we will handle the rest without disturbing your routine.
What happens during municipal holiday schedule changes?
We stay updated with municipal announcements and holiday shifts. If your collection day changes, we adjust our routes automatically to ensure your bins are always out at the right time.
Does the service cover all types of residential bins?
Yes, our standard subscription covers all your primary residential bins: garbage, recycling, and organic compost. We ensure every bin is moved and returned properly every single time.
How can I update my pickup instructions or Cancel my service?
You can update your bin location, special instructions, or cancel your service anytime by emailing sales@monbac.ca. Any changes will be applied to your next scheduled route.
How does the bin cleaning work?
Bin cleaning is included with selected plans during certain months. We clean and pressure wash your bins on-site in our trailer as we return them, and notify you when they’re scheduled.
